We ship all over the world but our system is not fully set up to recognize every worldwide destination just yet. If you have an error at check out due to the delivery address, please contact us via whatapp or email help@theleathermob.com as we will be able to make suitable arrangements for you. We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.

UK 

All standard domestic orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or a secure courier company, and will require a signature upon receipt of the goods unless is sent via a tracked only option. See below for the full range of services we offer.

United Kingdom & Guernsey. Flat rate starting from £2.50 for jewellery, £7.50 for bags, £4.99 for small accessories or £9.50 for larger items in our homeware section. Deliveries are free of charge for orders over £500. Special Delivery service available and priced separately.

Europe

Europe*- 7-14 days Flat rate starting from £5.99 for jewellery, £9.99 for bags, other items priced according to weight and dimensions.

*We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lienchestein, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & Ukraine. Please contact us if your country does not appear in this list.

Rest of the World

Japan, China, Honk Kong, approx 10-20 days after dispatch from £5.99 jewellery, £14.99 bags – other items priced according to weight and dimensions.

Russia approx 7-14 days after dispatch from £19.99 Flat Rate;

Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates approx 7-14 days after dispatch from £13.99 Flat Rate.

United States of America & Canada- approx 7-14 days after dispatch from £11.99 ;

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours if the items are available in one of our stores. This applies to orders placed Sunday to Friday. For orders placed on Saturdays, we will try and dispatch it the same day but if we miss the cut off point, then they will be shipped out on a Monday.

On occasions, we may need to get an item transferred from one of our warehouses, This usually impacts on delivery by an additional 24-72hours or up to 7 days if we need to transfer items from Italy.

In this case, we will send the goods with our premium 24 hour service for the UK, even if your original selection was standard. For destinations outside the UK, we will ship with the original method selected as delivery time quoted already account for any potential delay in dispatching your order.

The delivery options that you are given at check out are a reflection of stock availability, so you won’t be given a next day delivery option for example if the item needs to be transferred first; or if an item needs to come over from Italy, then the shipping options will show timescales that reflect the additional time required.

During seasonal peaks please allow an additional day for your order to be dispatched on your designated service – unless you have selected next day delivery.

Next day delivery is only available on items available in our stores so this options only appears at check out for items we can ship swiftly.

Should an item not be available for dispatch from our UK base, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timescale should this be a lot longer than expected. Please note: if you have ordered customised items, this will impact on delivery schedule – you will be provided with an estimated delivery time after your order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you asap and suggest suitable alternatively or process an immediate refund.

* The Leather Mob are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and we do not ship to hotels, PO Box, mail forwarding and BFPO addresses.

Royal Mail | The Process

All domestic orders that are dispatched using Royal Mail are sent using a recorded/tracked service – you can select whether you want to sign for your goods or not, by selecting the relevant option. We dispatch orders under £150 with the Tracked 48 service if we dispatch them the same day the order has been placed, or Tracked 24, if dispatched after 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders over £150 and up to £1500 are sent via the guaranteed next delivery service whether they are dispatched same day or not. Only orders where the next day option has been selected and paid for are dispatched the same day, if placed before 3pm.

Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent, you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s) and a separate email including all tracking information either from ourselves or Royal Mail directly.

Royal Mail may also contact you via email and to confirm your delivery date. Please note that this service is only available to UK mainland customers.

If the delivery date/time is not convenient or unable to be delivered, Royal Mail may hold your parcel at your local post office for collection at a more convenient time. or suggest a re-delivery option.

Security and Liability

Our courier services ensure that your goods are correctly signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. The Leather Mob does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage, neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is signed for then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient that signed.

To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

For security reason’s customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.

PLEASE NOTE: in the unlikely event that an item is lost or stolen, we will submit a claim with the courier service. The timescales for being able to embark on this process are dictated by the courier not us. We will not be able to issue any refunds or replacements until we are able to submit a claim.

Delayed/Lost Packages

In the rare eventuality that a parcel is delayed, we need to wait for the courier to declare it as lost before we can process a refund or ship out a replacement. This process varies from courier to courier but it is no longer than 28 working days from the shipping date.  Although delays can happen occasionally, especially during busy period like Christmas, we are pleased to confirm that since we started trading in 2018, we have only have ever one parcel that has actually been fully lost. Any other delayed packages – and there have not been many instances thankfully – have eventually turned up!

If you have not received your order as expected, please contact us at help@theleathermob.com so we can start tracking things for you and investigate things further if possible/necessary. If the order does not turn up within the timescale dictated by the courier used, we will process the refund, or we can ship out a replacement if you would still like to receive your chosen item.

Please note, if you receive an item later than anticipated, you can still request to return it for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders we use a combination of couriers including DPD, DHL, Royal Mail International or FedEx.

Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly signed for thus ensuring that your parcel is in safe hands. The Leather Mob does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a location (eg shed, garage, neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, incomplete address details, or unpaid duties, you will be liable to pay the return delivery charges, plus a fee equal to 10% of the value of your order (min. £50) admin fee.

Your purchase is insured if your parcel is lost/damaged/stolen whilst in transit and under the care of the couriers. Once the parcel is signed for then it is no longer covered under this agreement and the responsibility of the parcel and its contents falls to the recipient that signed.

RESTRICTIONS & TAXES

All products are shipped from the United Kingdom and it is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase outside of the UK and that these local fees are not included in your The Leather Mob invoice.

The Leather Mob is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.

If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return shipping charges.

• Some products getting imported into the USA and Canada may always be charged. I.E eyewear

• We do not deliver to PO Box and MPS addresses.

• Please note that in some cases to clear parcels through customs we may require an EIN number.

• No orders can be marked as gift
